(02)The Process

How It Unfolded

From brief to campaign rollout — the story of finding the perfect man.

01

The Brief

Old Spice wanted to refresh their iconic "Old Spice Man" campaign while acknowledging that times have changed. The question: What does "the perfect man" look like today?

02

The Concept

What if the iconic Old Spice Man went missing? This mystery creates buzz and engagement while the campaign reveals that the "perfect man" isn't one person — it's the everyday men in our lives.

03

Guerrilla Launch

The campaign kicks off with "MISSING" posters plastered across cities. The familiar Old Spice Man imagery, now presented as a missing person, creates intrigue and shareability.

04

The Reveal

Billboards introduce real "perfect men" — Steve, Alex, and others — with heartfelt testimonials from the women in their lives. It shifts focus from fantasy to reality.

05

Digital & Packaging

The website features a countdown timer since the "disappearance." Product packaging incorporates the missing poster aesthetic, turning every shelf into a campaign touchpoint.
